Emmanuelle Marshall

Emmanuelle works for Plymouth City Council as a low carbon city officer. Originally from Brittany, but has lived in Plymouth since 2003. She loves this city and is proud to work in the public sector, first as a teacher and now as part of the council. Her role includes action planning, engagement and partnership work. She is a carbon literacy trainer.
