Andrew Ash
Andrew Ash BSc (hons) MCIOB is an experienced Construction Project Manager with Kier Regional Building. Andrew is a Chartered Construction Manager and sits on the Exeter CIOB hub. Throughout his 17 year career, he has delivered a number of significant projects in the South West from heritage work to cutting edge PassivHaus buildings.
Andrew has a passion for technically challenging construction techniques with exemplar quality being at the core of this. PassivHaus encompasses this ethos and Andrew relishes the challenges that this construction process presents.
Andrew has successfully delivered PassivHaus, most recently at South Devon College within the South West Energy Centre which is a state-of-the-art renewable energy training facility and test-bed for emerging technologies. The 3-bed demonstration Passivhaus was constructed so that on site teaching and research could be undertaken, a first for a UK college! Andrew is very proud to have been nominated for and subsequentially won the Construction Manager of the Year gold award for the successful management and delivery of this project.
