Lesley is a Senior Environmental Project Manager at the Environment Agency, with extensive experience of delivering a innovation in the built environment from retail, tourism & cultural heritage to infrastructure and strategy. Lesley is leading projects, working with natural processes to deliver resilience and adaption to climate change. As a charted civil engineer, past- chair of ICE SW Lesley career has focused on championing sustainable development with over 20 year’s experience working in public, private and third sector in the UK and internationally .  Lesley provides mentorship support to colleagues and through the 30% Club, celebrates inclusion and diversity to realise sustainable development goals.
