Eimear Moloney CEng FCIBSE is a Director and Head of Building Performance for Hoare Lea. Eimear is passionate about getting existing buildings to Net Zero Carbon and intricately understands the complexities and challenges that this can uncover. She sits on several steering groups (UCL CBES and CIBE Knowledge Management Committee amongst others) and takes a holistic approach to improving building performance, not just focusing on energy but targeting environmental quality, budgets and impacts to health.
