Pieter De Wilde

Pieter is a Professor in Building Performance Analysis in the School of Art, Design and Architecture. Pieter is a Chartered Engineer registered with the Engineering Council UK, a Fellow of the International Building Performance Simulation Association (IBPSA), and a Fellow of the Chartered Institution for Building Services Engineers (CIBSE). 

Pieter is the Research Lead for the Built Environment and Programme Manager of the MSc in High Performance Buildings. His published works include his book ‘Building Performance Analysis’ which provides a working definition of building performance, and an in-depth discussion of the role building performance plays throughout the building life cycle.
